My name is Dr. David Cox and I'd like to welcome you to my web site. People often do not understand the value of therapy until they have experienced it. However, many people are reluctant to try something that they know very little about.

My philosophy is simple: I want to empower you personally and help you have the life you want.

Some of my clients want to improve their relationships, others wish to learn how to manage past experiences and yet others want to increase their confidence. My training and experience allows me to work with a wide variety of clients to help them understand their goals and develop the skills and strategies to achieve those goals.

Most clients who commit to and actively participate in these services find they feel less stressed, less troubled, and more at peace with themselves.

SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY:
Therapy is a private, personal process for clients.  Therefore, Dr. Cox does not "friend" people on Facebook or utilize other forms of social media such as Twitter.  If you choose to send Dr. Cox an email, please include a phone number where you can be reached.  To protect your privacy, Dr. Cox will respond to email messages by phone only.

 HOW IS THERAPY HELPFUL?

When clients call to begin therapy, they are saying no matter what their presenting issue, they wish to feel better and want to improve the quality of their life.  For that to happen, they need a different and improved experience of themselves.  Therapy provides that experience.
